I've already transcribed the chapter, and it's en queue to translate after I get done with the next Rakka Ryuusui chapter.
I'm not rushing because Torsten edits it along with Shitsuji Shoujo to Ojousama and he's currently swamped with real-life matters so it'll be a while regardless.
But don't worry, I haven't forgotten about it.
