I liked this manga SOOOO much... But unfortunately when I whento to Nihon I couldn't find this manga (I whent to Animate, Toranoana, Gamers, and a lot of other stores - even "book off"). I am glad that you guys are doing a great job here.

I think the ending will be sad and happy in the same time.
Considering Youko has no reservations about feeding Shuu her blood, I think Youko prefers a female lover if she really had to choose.
Or maybe she prefers Shuu just as she is. Which is more female rather than male.
