I honestly don't know what 'two-bit' means but I honestly feel Horobi is more of a three-bit opeation at LEAST... Heh while typing 'more' I forgot the 'r' so I basically said "Horobi is moe" at one point - which thinking about it now I must say I hold firm to that oppinion.
